Avocet house has a private patio with Weber BBQ and dining facilities for four persons. There is a private roof terrace with a coffee table, chairs and sun loungers or deck chairs. From the terraces, you can enjoy exquisite and tranquil views of our gardens, the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve and the sea.

Avocet house is very spacious and has an area of 90m². The house has a main bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, living room with comfortable seating for 4 persons, dining facilities and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a sofa bed in the living room that fits 2 kids or 1 adult.

Avocet is semi-detached with a private entrance and located on the ground floor. It is air-conditioned, with free WIFI, a Bluetooth sound system, books and games, box of indoor toys, complimentary tea and coffee and bathroom amenities.
